David Diaz	fe401c1391	Added support for multiple hosts. ... This introduces a top level key: `hosts`. It's an array where you can configure multiple hosts with their own requests, they share defaults and environment with the global scope. David Diaz	40abf85a78	Added a new top-level setting: defaults. ... Defaults allow you to set default settings for all requests.
